Saudi women can drive

The Saudi Arabian government has taken a decision on lifting restrictions on women. Tuesday issued royal orders for allowing women to drive.
In all areas of women in saudi, the hard-line perspectives continue. Women unions have been making bigger movements since the 1990s to eliminate them. Especially women were arrested and put in jail if they were driving. The Saudi king agreed with the argument that it was a violation of rights. Finally it was announced that it would be lifted. All women are expressing their elation with the latest decision. Fawzia al Buckr, a leader of the movement, said that the decade-long struggle has been paid.

On the other hand, the United States expressed its elation on Saudi decision. Saudi Arabia has been praised for having "a great step in the right path." Saudi is the only country in the world that currently has a ban on women driving. The new regulations will come into effect from June next year. It was not until the women were allowed into the stadium. On 24th of this month, the country's 87th anniversary was the first time allowing women to get to the stadium
